I'm Megan, the face behind The Beauty Bar. I am a 18x Certified Cosmetic Tattoo Artist serving in Okotoks and SE Calgary!

 

I was first introduced to the Permanent Makeup Industry when I had my own brows tattooed years ago, and immediately fell in love with them! I have been working for Alberta Health Services for the past 9 years and felt that I wasn't enjoying what I did anymore. I decided to take a leap and train in the Permanent Makeup Industry.

I immediately fell in love with EVERYTHING about this industry. I love the way it makes people feel. I love helping women gain more confidence and them being able to streamlining their morning routines. Each day, my passion for this ever-evolving industry grows, and I'm constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge.

I absolutely love my brows! There was some minimal flaking around day 4 with some itchiness. Otherwise, the healing process was easy! My favourite part of getting my brows done is being able to go swimming / exercise without them washing off. Seriously, such a game changer! Also a huge time saver in the morning as well. This has been the best investment I’ve made in a while. If you’ve been contemplating brows go see Meg, you won’t be disappointed!
